NUÔI DƯỠNG TÌNH HUYNH ĐỆ

Sau khi dùng sáng, hội chúng vào thời khóa tụng năm giới, đây là cơ hội quý báu để toàn thể hội chúng có cơ hội trau dồi giới đức cũng như phẩm hạnh người Phật tử tại gia của Thế Tôn. Với việc ôn tụng giới luật trong tinh thần thanh tịnh và hòa hợp tạo tiền đề cho hội chúng có một ngày tu tập cuối cùng thật chánh niệm và an lành.
Tiếp theo là thời khóa thiền ca do quý Thầy, quý Sư Cô trực tiếp hướng dẫn, với những bài hát mang tính chất nuôi dưỡng sự hiểu biết và thương yêu, thật sự là phương pháp hữu hiệu để gắn kết và dưỡng nuôi tình huynh đệ trong hội chúng.
Sau đó là bài Pháp đàm với chủ đề: “nếu chỉ còn một ngày để sống”; tại đây, những tâm tư của các thiền sinh như có dịp tỏ bày, cái cảm xúc nếu như còn một ngày để sống đã làm sống dậy những thao thức, trăn trở của các thiền sinh bấy lâu nay; với những khó khăn đó, Thầy Minh Cảnh, Thầy Trung Nghiêm, Thầy Quảng Thức cùng quý Thầy và Quý Sư Cô tận tình giải đáp, sẻ chia, với mục đích giúp các thiền sinh có thêm năng lượng để chuyển hóa khổ đau của mình.
Kết thúc Pháp đàm, hội chúng dùng trưa chánh niệm và buông thư.
Đầu giờ chiều, hội chúng tổ chức hội chợ theo từng gia đình Pháp đàm, đây cũng là chương trình cuối cùng của khóa tu. Với những món ăn được đăng kí như bún, chè, nước uống mát các loại,… đã tạo nên phần phong phú trong thực đơn ẩm thực. Hội chợ tổ chức với phương châm “kết nối tình huynh đệ - nuôi dưỡng hành tinh xanh”, hàm ý tuyên truyền về việc bảo vệ môi sinh của nhân loại thông qua lợi ích của việc ăn chay.
Cuối cùng là những hình ảnh lưu niệm của các bạn thiền sinh sau gần ba ngày “có mặt cho nhau”.
