Phù du sớm nở tối tàn

Trách Người sao nở vội vàng ra đi 

Buồn cho phận kẻ còn đây

Mà Người biền biệt vơi đầy nẻo xa 

Bóng Người dần khuất chiều tà 

Chỉ trong khoảnh khắc như là chiêm bao 

Xót người ở lại lòng nao 

Chén trà chưa thỏa đã chào tiễn nhau

Ngày vui một thoáng qua mau

Khói lam chiều tím vương vào áo ai 

Vô thường bỗng hoá cành mai

Cho năm tháng vội đến ngày gặp nhau

Biệt ly là cuộc khổ sầu

Nhưng nhờ có ánh đạo mầu nên vui 

Biết rằng Người đến vì đời 

Sao lòng như thể bồi hồi riêng ta

Dẫu Người đi khắp phương  xa

Tình  Sư - Đệ vẫn như là hôm nay.
