 Ban Chức sự đã cung thỉnh Hoà thượng Thích Phước Thông làm Tuyên Luật sư, HT Thich Minh Nghĩa làm Thiền chủ, TT Thích Trí Anh làm Phó Thiền chủ và ĐĐ Thích Pháp Toàn làm Hoá chủ. Hành giả an cư có 99 vị, trong đó có 83 Tỳ kheo, 16 Sa di với 50 vị chúng nội thiền và 49 vị tòng hạ.
