Sáng ngày 29 tháng 8 năm 2015 (nhằm ngày 16 tháng 7 năm Ất Mùi), Tu viện Khánh An tổ chức ngày hội Hiếu máu nhân đạo để cứu giúp những bệnh nhân đang gặp phải bệnh hiểm nguy, thiếu máu. Chương trình này do Tu viện phát động, được sự hợp tác của Trung Tâm máu Bệnh viện chợ Rẫy, do Bác sĩ Tô Phước Hải làm trưởng đoàn.

Đây là lần thứ 2 Tu viện tổ chức ngày hội hiến máu. Được sự hưởng ứng nhiệt tình từ chư Tăng bổn tự và quý Phật tử gần xa. Có 114 vị phát tâm hiến máu.
